This unique 9-day journey combines Himalayan trekking, Ganga rafting, yoga, meditation, and Garhwal cultural immersion. From Deoria Tal and Chandrasilla Summit to rafting the Alaknanda and Ganga, it blends spiritual rejuvenation with adventure in the heart of Uttarakhand.
No prior experience is necessary. Our certified instructors and guides ensure safety and comfort for all participants, whether you’re a first-time trekker or rafter. The itinerary is designed for beginner to moderate fitness levels.
You’ll stay in a mix of riverside camps, glamping tents, and mountain guesthouses — offering both comfort and nature connection. All meals are freshly prepared, featuring nutritious local cuisine to support yoga and trekking activities.
Safety is our top priority. Our rafting team uses certified equipment, life jackets, helmets, and safety kayaks. All river sections are navigated by qualified river guides trained in first aid and rescue protocols.
The best months are October to June, when the weather is clear and river conditions are ideal for rafting, trekking, and outdoor yoga in Rishikesh and the Garhwal Himalayas.
Pack lightweight trekking clothes, yoga wear, a warm jacket, trekking shoes, personal water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat. All rafting and camping gear will be provided by the organizers.
Advance booking confirmation required with a deposit (non-refundable).
Balance payment to be cleared before retreat start.
Retreat is suitable for participants with basic fitness; trekking experience not mandatory.
Participants must carry valid ID proof.
Alcohol, drugs, and smoking strictly prohibited during the retreat.
Organizer reserves the right to change schedule due to weather or safety conditions.
Children below 12 years may not be suitable for trekking intensity.
