Day 1 - Arrival in Rishikesh – Yoga & Meditation

Day 2 - Rishikesh – Sari – Ropni Dhar (Trek Begins)

Drive to Ukhimath via Devprayag & Rudraprayag.

Trek 3 km from Sari to Ropni Dhar.

Dinner & overnight in dome tents.

Day 3 - Ropni Dhar – Deoria Tal – Chopta (2,900 m)

Continue trek to Chopta (16 km).

Day 4 - Chopta – Tungnath (3,680 m) – Chandrasilla (4,000 m) – Chopta
