Arrive in Rishikesh by afternoon.
Evening: Gentle restorative yoga session and guided meditation on the banks of the Ganga.
Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Morning: Sunrise yoga before departure.
Drive through Uttarkashi to Raithal village (base camp for Dyara Bugyal).
Evening: Breathwork (Pranayama) for acclimatization.
Stay in homestay/guesthouse at Raithal.
Early morning: Short yoga flow for energy.
Trek through oak and rhododendron forests to reach Gui meadow.
Evening: Meditation by the campsite amidst pine forests.
Overnight stay in tents.
Sunrise Surya Namaskar in the meadow.
Trek to Bakaria Top (~3 km) for 360° Himalayan views.
Afternoon: Relax, journal, or silent sitting meditation.
Evening: Yoga Nidra under the stars.
Overnight at Dyara Bugyal campsite.
Morning: Gentle stretching and gratitude meditation.
Descend back through forest trails to Raithal.
Evening: Closing circle, chanting, or reflective meditation.
Stay in homestay at Raithal.
Morning: Closing yoga practice before departure.
Drive back to Rishikesh.
Evening arrival. Trip ends with a short Ganga Aarti meditation.
