Early drive (approx. 2.5 hrs) to Devprayag – the sacred confluence where the Ganga is born.
Safety briefing followed by rafting through a gentle float section – perfect for swimming, body surfing, and team building.
Arrive at riverside campsite and settle into tents.
Evening yoga & meditation session on the sandy beach to relax body and mind after the river adventure.
Campfire barbecue followed by a freshly prepared dinner.
Overnight in tents.
Morning yoga & meditation session by the river.
After breakfast and camp pack-up, raft through exciting rapids, including the mighty “Wall”.
Post-lunch, free time to hike, explore, or simply connect with nature.
Evening meditation & stretching session for deep relaxation.
Dinner and overnight stay in wilderness tents.

After breakfast, raft 28 km through some of the Ganga’s most famous rapids: “Three Blind Mice,” “Roller Coaster,” “Golf Course,” and others.
Trip ends by afternoon near Rishikesh.

No experience is required! Certified instructors guide all rafting, yoga, and meditation sessions, making this retreat ideal for beginners and adventure seekers alike. You’ll learn safety basics and enjoy an easy-to-moderate rafting route.
The retreat includes rafting equipment, yoga instruction, premium camping gear, meals, transfers, and forest permits. You’ll enjoy 2 nights of riverside camping, freshly cooked meals, and daily yoga on scenic beaches.
The best time to join is between September and June, when the weather is pleasant and river conditions are perfect for rafting, yoga, and camping in Rishikesh and Devprayag.
Your safety is our top priority. The retreat is led by a certified rafting team with whitewater rescue and first-aid training. All participants are provided with life jackets, helmets, and safety kayaks, ensuring a safe and thrilling adventure on the Ganga.
