Day 1 - Rishikesh → Sari Village → Ropni DharArrive in Rishikesh (340 m) – The Gateway to the Himalayas

Day 2 - Rishikesh → Joshimath (1,875 m) – 9 hrs drive

Day 3 - Joshimath → Dhak → Guling (2,800 m) – 4 hrs trek

No prior trekking experience is needed. Our guides support all fitness levels, and you can choose shorter or easier routes when available.

What kind of accommodation is provided?

You’ll stay in a mix of dome tents, guesthouses, and homestays. All are clean, comfortable, and shared on twin/triple basis.

Is this retreat suitable for beginners in yoga?

Yes, beginners are most welcome. Sessions are designed for all levels with modifications available.

What should I pack?

Warm clothes, trekking shoes, personal water bottle, torch, and basic toiletries. A detailed packing list will be shared before departure.

Will there be mobile network and internet?

Connectivity is available in some areas but may be weak in higher Himalayan regions. We encourage digital detox during the retreat.

Can I join alone?

Yes, if there is already a group. If not, then a minimum of 3 participants is required to form a group.
