Yoga & Meditation
Arrive in Rishikesh and check-in at hotel or retreat center.
Evening guided yoga and meditation session by the Ganges.
Optional visit to Triveni Ghat for Ganga Aarti.
Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Morning yoga session (optional).
Breakfast, then drive to Ukhimath via Devprayag (Alaknanda & Bhagirathi confluence) and Rudraprayag (Alaknanda & Mandakini confluence).
Stop for lunch en route.
Reach Sari and trek to Ropni Dhar (3 km).
Dinner and overnight stay in dome tents.
Early morning yoga & meditation session amidst nature.
Breakfast, then trek to Deoria Tal through forests and meadows.
Packed lunch at Deoria Tal with reflections of Kedarnath & Chaukhamba peaks.
Continue trek to Chopta (16 km).
Evening relaxation and optional meditation session.
Overnight stay in guesthouse.
Morning yoga session at Chopta before trek.
Breakfast, then trek to Tungnath Temple.
Continue 1 km to Chandrasilla Summit for panoramic Himalayan views including Nanda Devi.
Return to Chopta for evening guided meditation session.
Dinner and overnight stay in guesthouse.
Early morning yoga & meditation session to start the day.
Breakfast and drive back to Rishikesh.
Stop for lunch en route.
Arrival in Rishikesh marks the end of the tour.
No prior trekking experience is needed. Our guides support all fitness levels, and you can choose shorter or easier routes when available.
You’ll stay in a mix of dome tents, guesthouses, and homestays. All are clean, comfortable, and shared on twin/triple basis.
Yes, beginners are most welcome. Sessions are designed for all levels with modifications available.
Warm clothes, trekking shoes, personal water bottle, torch, and basic toiletries. A detailed packing list will be shared before departure.
Connectivity is available in some areas but may be weak in higher Himalayan regions. We encourage digital detox during the retreat.
Yes, if there is already a group. If not, then a minimum of 3 participants is required to form a group.

Retreat is suitable for participants with basic fitness; trekking experience not mandatory.
Participants must carry valid ID proof.
Alcohol, drugs, and smoking strictly prohibited during the retreat.

Children below 12 years may not be suitable for trekking intensity.
