Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Rishikesh
Arrive in Rishikesh by afternoon.
Evening: Gentle restorative yoga session and guided meditation on the banks of the Ganga.
Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 2 - Rishikesh → Raithal (drive 7–8 hrs)
Morning: Sunrise yoga before departure.
Drive through Uttarkashi to Raithal village (base camp for Dyara Bugyal).
Evening: Breathwork (Pranayama) for acclimatization.
Stay in homestay/guesthouse at Raithal.
Day 3 - Raithal → Gui Campsite (Trek ~4 km, 3–4 hrs)
Early morning: Short yoga flow for energy.
Trek through oak and rhododendron forests to reach Gui meadow.
Evening: Meditation by the campsite amidst pine forests.
Overnight stay in tents.
Day 4 - Gui → Dyara Bugyal (~6 km, 4–5 hrs)

Day 5 - Exploration Day (Dyara Bugyal → Bakaria Top → Dyara Bugyal)
Sunrise Surya Namaskar in the meadow.
Trek to Bakaria Top (~3 km) for 360° Himalayan views.
Afternoon: Relax, journal, or silent sitting meditation.
Evening: Yoga Nidra under the stars.
Overnight at Dyara Bugyal campsite.
Day 6 - Dyara Bugyal → Raithal (~10 km trek, 6–7 hrs)
Morning: Gentle stretching and gratitude meditation.
Descend back through forest trails to Raithal.
Evening: Closing circle, chanting, or reflective meditation.
Stay in homestay at Raithal.
Day 7 - Raithal → Rishikesh (Drive 7–8 hrs)
Morning: Closing yoga practice before departure.
Drive back to Rishikesh.
Evening arrival. Trip ends with a short Ganga Aarti meditation.
