Evening guided Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat.
Explore local cafés & markets along Laxman Jhula / Ram Jhula.

Overnight stay in Rishikesh hotel/retreat center.
Early drive (~2.5 hrs) to Devprayag – sacred confluence of the Ganga.
Safety briefing & rafting through calm sections.
Arrive at riverside wilderness camp; settle into premium tents.
Evening yoga & meditation by the river.
Bonfire barbecue and dinner.
Overnight in tents.
Sunrise yoga & meditation on the riverbank.
Breakfast followed by rafting through rapids including “Wall.”

Early morning drive to Kunjapuri (~1.5 hrs).
Sunrise trek to Kunjapuri Temple – panoramic Himalayan views.
Return to Rishikesh; breakfast at retreat center.

The ideal season is September to June, when weather and river conditions are perfect for rafting, trekking, and outdoor yoga in Rishikesh and the surrounding Himalayas.

Retreat is suitable for participants with basic fitness; trekking experience not mandatory.
Participants must carry valid ID proof.
Alcohol, drugs, and smoking strictly prohibited during the retreat.
Organizer reserves the right to change schedule due to weather or safety conditions.
Children below 12 years may not be suitable for trekking intensity.
